Upcoming sends shows what's lined up to go out, day by day, and why anything is waiting. Find it at **Campaigns › Approvals**, under **Upcoming sends**. Looking at this page changes nothing. ## Read the day Use the arrows to change day. The top says how many are due, and each sender shows how much of today's allowance is used, counting invites, messages and InMails. The bars next to each sender show how much of today's allowance is used. Each row shows **Your time**, **Step**, **Person** and **Campaign**. Sends go out in the person's working hours, so hover a time to see theirs. The first eight show, with the rest under **Later today**. Use the search to find a person, company or campaign. Click a row to open it. It shows the step, when it goes out, who it's from, **Why it waits**, and the text. If the text isn't written yet, it says so. Text is written when the step is due. Under the list, a summary line counts messages waiting for your approval, those being prepared, and those on hold in paused campaigns. ## Why a send is waiting | Reason | What it means | What to do | | - | - | - | | Sends are spaced apart | Sends from one account are spaced apart on purpose. This one waits for the gap since the last send. | Nothing | | Outside the sending hours | It is outside the sending hours for this account's time zone, or it is the weekend. It goes out when the window opens. | Nothing, or widen the [schedule](https://docs.b2bsignals.ai/campaigns/create.md#set-the-schedule) | | Today's limit is used | This account has used today's allowance for this action, like connection requests or messages. It goes out tomorrow. | Nothing, or see [Senders and limits](https://docs.b2bsignals.ai/campaigns/senders-and-limits.md) | | Warming up | The account is still warming up, so today's allowance is lower. | Nothing | | LinkedIn refused more invites | LinkedIn refused more connection requests from this account for now. Invites wait until the cooldown ends, and other actions keep going. | Nothing | | Sender disconnected | The sending account is disconnected. | Reconnect it and this goes out | | Sender paused | Nothing leaves this account until it is resumed. | **Resume** the sender | | Campaign paused | This step goes ahead after you resume the campaign. | **Resume** the campaign | | Campaign not launched | Nothing is sent until it launches. | Launch it | | A safety rule | This send is waiting on a safety rule before it goes out. | Nothing | ## Sends on hold A sender problem shows as a banner at the top. Nothing is lost, and the sends go out once it's fixed. Click **Reconnect** or **Resume** with the sender's name. Below the day, **On hold** groups what can't go yet: * **On hold until their campaign is running**: these go out after the campaign is resumed. * **On hold** with a sender's name: these go out when the sender is back. In a paused campaign, nothing is written for people who are waiting. Writing starts again after you resume. ## Move someone up **Send now** moves a person to the front of their sender's line. It works today only, on message steps. It doesn't skip a rule: the working hours, daily limit, warm-up, spacing, company limit, Do not contact and the blacklist still apply, and a message that needs approval stays unapproved. The answer tells you what to expect: "It goes out in the next minute or two", or "It still goes out only when the sender's rules allow". It can be refused: | Answer | Why | | - | - | | This one is sent by hand. | It belongs in [Manual sends](https://docs.b2bsignals.ai/campaigns/manual-sends.md). | | This campaign is paused. | People go out again after you resume it. | | This person is paused. | Resume them first. | | This message needs your approval. | Approve it in [Approvals](https://docs.b2bsignals.ai/campaigns/approvals.md). | | Their next step isn't a message yet. | It's a wait between steps. | | This one isn't due today. | **Send now** only moves up what is due today. | | No LinkedIn account is set up to send for this person. | Add a [sender](https://docs.b2bsignals.ai/campaigns/senders-and-limits.md). | | This person has nothing queued to send. | Nothing to do. | The row's ⋯ menu also has **Skip this step** and **Open their page**. ## When the page is empty | What it says | What it means | | - | - | | "Nothing is lined up to go out yet." | No sends are due. Check below it for a reason. | | Messages are waiting for your approval | Go to **See what is waiting**. | | People are in paused campaigns | Nothing is written for them until you resume. **Open Campaigns**. | | "Messages are being written." | Text is on its way.
