# Notifications

> Set up your daily digest, weekly recap, instant alerts, Slack and Telegram, and control which emails and bell notices you get.

Use this page to choose what B2B Signals tells you and where. Go to **Settings** › **Notifications**. Settings are yours alone and apply to one workspace, so each teammate sets their own. Changes save on their own.

## Defaults

| What | Starts as |

| **Daily digest** | Weekdays at 08:30, by email, in UTC until you pick a time zone |
| **Weekly recap** | On, Mondays at the same time |
| **Right away** | **Someone replies** and **A sender needs to reconnect** on, by email |
| **In the bell** | Everything |

>
> Set your time zone first, otherwise your digest arrives at 08:30 UTC. Click **Change** next to **When**, then fill in **Time** and **Your time zone**.

## Daily digest

What happened overnight and what needs you, before you open the app. It goes out on weekdays and covers who was found, who replied and what is waiting for approval.

If there's nothing to say that day, we don't send it, so a missing digest usually means no news.

The digest goes to email and a Slack channel. Right away pings go to Slack.

| Control | What it does |
| - | - |
| **When** | The time and time zone. Click **Change**. |
| **Send it to** | Email, plus any Slack or Telegram channels you've added |
| **See a sample digest** | Shows what it looks like, with an example if there's no news yet |
| **More options** › **New people**, **Replies**, **Messages to approve** | What goes in it |
| **More options** › **Pause the digest** | Nothing is sent until you turn it back on. The bell isn't affected. |
| **More options** › **Send a test** | Goes to the channels above. One a minute. |

Digests can include links for marking someone **Good fit** or **Not a fit**. These links work for 7 days.

## Weekly recap

What your sources, watchlists and campaigns did last week. It arrives on Mondays, through the same channels and at the same time as the digest, and it's in the same message when both go out.

## Right away

For things that can't wait until tomorrow. Pick where they go with **Ping me on**.

Reply alerts go to the sender's owner. To change who that is, see [Connect LinkedIn](https://docs.b2bsignals.ai/settings/connect-linkedin.md#other-sender-settings).

## Add Slack or Telegram

You can have up to 5 channels. Click **Add Slack or Telegram**, then follow the steps for [Slack](https://docs.b2bsignals.ai/integrations/slack-and-telegram.md#connect-slack) or [Telegram](https://docs.b2bsignals.ai/integrations/slack-and-telegram.md#connect-telegram). To check a channel or remove it, use **Send a test** or **Disconnect** in its menu.

## Other emails

| Setting | What it does |
| - | - |
| **All email from this workspace** | Off means no email from this workspace reaches you. The bell, Slack and Telegram still work. |
| **Watchlist weekly recap** | The recap for your watchlists |
| **Billing emails** | Payment and plan notices |
| **Team and workspace news** | Teammates and workspace changes |

If you turned off all email, a banner reminds you. Click **Turn email back on** to undo it.

>
> The notice before a trial ends always arrives by email, whatever these settings say.

## The bell

The bell in the app gets everything unless you stop a kind here, under **In the bell**. Notices stay in it for 90 days.

You can stop these:

* **A sender needs to reconnect**
* **A campaign pauses on its own**
* **You get close to your monthly limit**
* **A teammate joins**
* **A CSV import finishes**
* **An export is ready**
* **The top person of the day**
* **Your weekly recap**
* **A search you started finishes**
* **A tip to find better people**

Trial dates and other notices that must reach you stay in the bell. Replies never appear there. You find them in the [Inbox](https://docs.b2bsignals.ai/workspace/inbox.md) and through **Right away**.
