Compare plans

The trial and Software also include:

  • Watchlists of up to 2,000 companies and 2,000 people
  • 3 webhooks
  • API keys and MCP, for connecting your own tools and AI assistants
API keys come with a paid plan (Software or Custom). Free doesn’t include them. See the Developers overview.

Trial

Every new owner gets one 7-day trial. You don’t need a card. It has the same features and limits as Software, except that it stops at 20 people found.
  • When you reach 20 people, new people pause. Nothing is deleted.
  • When 2 days are left we send you a notice. It always reaches you by email, even if you turned other email off.
  • A second workspace from an owner who already had a trial starts on Free.

When the trial ends

Your workspace moves to Free on its own, and you aren’t charged. Sending stops where it is. Campaigns aren’t cancelled and nothing is deleted. You can still reply by hand from the Inbox. When you choose Software, your trial people and campaigns carry over and sending turns back on.

Free

Free keeps your data and shows you a few new people each week. Radar searches on Mondays and finds up to 10 people, of which you see 5. The rest wait, and appear once you choose Software, at no extra charge. Sending is off on Free, so campaigns don’t send anything.

Software

You run it yourself: Radar, Add people, campaigns and the Inbox. The plan includes up to 600 people found a month and room for 3 seats.

Going past 600 people

At the limit new people pause, and nothing is deleted. The count resets on the date shown in Billing & usage. If you’d rather not pause, turn on Keep finding people past the limit under Billing & usage › More options. Each extra person costs $3.00, billed with your plan, up to a monthly number you set.

What counts toward your limit

Only people that B2B Signals finds for you count. To see the split, open Billing & usage and click See numbers on Where people came from.

Other plans

  • Run by our team. If you want our team to run it with you, click Book a call in Billing & usage.
  • Custom plan. Our team can set up a plan for your workspace. It appears in Billing & usage with its own price and a Subscribe button. Some are billed outside the app, and your account manager handles those.
  • Starter and Growth (legacy). These older plans keep their price for as long as you stay on them. To move, click Switch to Software. You keep your people, campaigns and add-ons, and the price change is prorated for the days left in the period.
