Connect Salesflow when Salesflow runs your LinkedIn outreach and you want people from B2B Signals to land in its campaigns. Your token brings in the accounts it can see, and you choose which ones get people. Data moves one way: from B2B Signals to Salesflow. Salesflow writes and sends the messages.

Before you start

  • You are the workspace owner or an admin.
  • You have your Salesflow account API token. In Salesflow, open Settings, then LinkedIn account, then Account API token.
  • Each account you want to use has a campaign that takes new people.
  • Your workspace is on a paid plan. Nothing goes to Salesflow while the workspace is on the Free plan.

Connect Salesflow

1

Open Salesflow in Settings

Open Settings, then Integrations. Under More tools, press Connect on Salesflow.
2

Paste your token

Paste it into Salesflow account API token and press Connect Salesflow. When the token works, you see “Salesflow is connected.”
3

Turn on the ones that should get people

Under Salesflow workspaces, open one and turn on Send people to this workspace. Each one is a Salesflow account with its own campaigns.
4

Pick where new people go

Inside each one you turned on, pick a campaign under Where new people go. Use Send a source somewhere else to send a source to a different campaign.
If your token sees more than 10 accounts, new ones start turned off, so you choose each one. A Find a workspace box helps you find them. Every choice saves at once. A short message offers Undo.

Which people go on their own

The rules are the same as for HeyReach. Radar and watchlist people go only to a campaign you pick for them. People you add by hand, from a file, from Clay or by API don’t go on their own. See Which people go on their own. Send new people on their own turns this on or off for Salesflow as a whole. When it is off, nobody goes to Salesflow until you send them. A person never goes to Salesflow when they or their company are on Do not contact, or when they have no LinkedIn link. A person goes to the same Salesflow campaign only once.

What Salesflow receives

In the Salesflow drawer, What we pass along says: “The person’s name, job title, location and LinkedIn address, and the fields you choose below for Salesflow to use in its messages.” Open Choose fields to pick which extra values go along. Each one you switch on goes into one of Salesflow’s numbered custom variables: Until you change anything, the first three are on. You can switch all of them off, and then only the basics go. A campaign’s own settings list only the fields you switched on here. A value we don’t have is left out for that person. Each value is cut to 1,500 characters.
Salesflow puts the extra values into its own numbered custom variables. Before you start a Salesflow campaign, send one person and check which variable holds which value.

Send people you already have

In an account you turned on, press Check who would go under People you already have. Pick who to include, check the number, then press Send N people. Nothing goes before that last press. See Send people you already have. A campaign here can also send its own people to a Salesflow campaign, from its More settings, under Send to other tools.

When something goes wrong

Not working

If Salesflow keeps refusing people or not answering, its drawer shows Not working. with what happened in the last 30 days:
  • “Salesflow turned down N people we tried to send. Its key or the campaign may have changed. Check both in Salesflow, or disconnect and connect it again with a fresh key.”
  • “Salesflow didn’t answer after several tries for N people. Check that it is up. New people will be tried again.”
One person going through clears it.

Disconnect Salesflow

Open Settings, then Integrations, press Manage on Salesflow, then Disconnect… and confirm. New people stop going to Salesflow. People already there stay there. You can connect again any time. To stop one account only, turn off Send people to this workspace instead.
