Short answers to the questions people ask first. For a specific problem, see Troubleshooting.

Sending

It depends on the campaign. Each campaign has an approval setting, shown when you launch it. Your First campaign from sign-up asks you to approve every message. A campaign set to Messages send without your approval sends on its schedule. See Approvals.Signing up, finishing a brief, connecting LinkedIn and marking people sends nothing by itself. See what sends something and what doesn’t.
Good fit doesn’t put someone in a campaign unless a route is set. Without one, they wait in People › Ready. Select them and click Add to campaign. See How it works.
No. A person is in one running campaign at a time. If you add someone who’s already in another one, they’re skipped and we tell you why.
Yes. Messages wait in Manual sends. You copy each one, send it on LinkedIn and mark it as sent. You need a plan that includes sending, so this doesn’t work on Free.
Yes. You can add Email account (Gmail or Outlook) as a sender under Settings › Senders.
Each sender has daily limits. On Safe pace that’s 8 to 15 invites a day. A new sender starts slowly and reaches its full pace in about two weeks. Each campaign also limits New people a day. See Senders and limits.

Your LinkedIn account

Yes, it can happen with any account that sends outreach. We lower the chance with slow starts, daily limits, working hours and automatic pauses, but nobody can rule it out. If it happens, sending goes on hold. See Connect LinkedIn.
No. You sign in through a LinkedIn window, and we never see or store your password.
Not on its own. Comment suggestions wait in Approvals, and nothing is posted until you approve it. A campaign can include steps such as a comment or a like if you add them. See Steps and messages.
By default the Inbox shows only campaign conversations. An owner can switch a sender to All LinkedIn conversations. Everyone in the workspace can then see them, and we import the last 90 days.

Radar and people

Every weekday on the trial and Software. Once a week, on Mondays, on Free.
Radar only brings real people with a reason to hear from you, so it can come back short rather than fill the gap. Plan limits also apply. See Plans. To widen the search, change your brief. See Set up Radar.
Yes. Good fit tells Radar to bring more people like this one, and Not a fit teaches it who to avoid.
No. They’re hidden from your default lists and any campaign running for them stops. You can bring them back. Stopped campaigns don’t resume, so add them to a campaign again if you want to write to them.
Add them or their company to Do not contact. Add your own company and partners under Team domains, in workspace settings.

Plans and billing

No. The 7-day trial needs no card and you aren’t charged when it ends. See Plans.
You move to Free. Sending stops, nothing is cancelled and nothing is deleted. You can still reply by hand in the Inbox. Sending turns back on when you choose Software.
No. Add people, CSV imports and lists don’t count. Only people that B2B Signals finds for you do.
New people pause until your limit resets, and nothing is deleted. You can turn on Keep finding people past the limit for $3.00 a person. See Billing. Free has no monthly limit. It shows a few people each week instead, so Home never shows Monthly people limit reached on Free.
No. Each owner gets one trial. A second workspace starts on Free.

Team and workspace

Software and the trial include 3 seats. See Workspace and team.
You can show a name to your clients with Client view, so it appears at the top of the app instead of B2B Signals. Emails, daily digests and shared reports still come from B2B Signals.
Yes. Under Settings › Workspace, open Leave or delete this workspace and click Pause all. It stops Radar, campaigns and senders. Nothing is deleted, and you can click Resume all any time.
Yes, for 30 days, using the link in the email we send. After that it’s gone.
