A/B test

Two to five versions of one step, so you can see which gets more accepts or replies. See A/B tests.

Add people

A way to bring people in yourself, for example from a CSV. People you add don’t count toward your monthly limit.

API key

A secret key that lets your own tools and AI assistants work with your workspace. It comes with a paid plan (Software or Custom). See API keys.

Approval setting

How much of a campaign you check before it sends: Every message, Once per person, First message only or Autopilot, which sends without your approval and only sends text you wrote. See Approvals.

Approvals

The place where messages wait for your yes before they go out. See Approvals.

Ask

The assistant inside B2B Signals. It answers questions about your people and campaigns, and suggests changes you can apply or skip. See Ask.

Backup text

A plain message written when AI is unavailable. It always waits for a person to approve it, even on Autopilot. See Steps and messages.

Brief

What you sell and to whom. Radar reads it to decide who to bring.

Campaign

A set of steps, such as an invite, a message and a follow-up, sent from a sender to the people in it. See Campaigns.

Canvas

The visual editor for a campaign’s steps and branches. See Steps and messages.

Check first

A step that holds the next step for your OK, even when the campaign runs on its own. See Steps and messages.

Comment first

A thoughtful comment on someone’s post, then a message a couple of days later.

Daily digest

A short summary of what happened overnight and what needs you, sent on weekday mornings when there is news. See Notifications.

Do not contact

Your list of people and companies who should never hear from you. See Do not contact.

First campaign

The campaign created for you at sign-up, from the people you mark Good fit. You approve every message in it. See the quickstart.

Fit check

The AI’s check of how well a person matches your ideal customer. On the person card it reads Why they fit: for a good match and Fit check: otherwise, with “Doesn’t match your ideal customer” when they don’t. It’s a hint for your review, not a decision. See Review people.

Good fit

You’d like to write to this person, and Radar brings more people like them. It doesn’t send anything or join a campaign unless a route is set. See How it works.

Home

Your day in one list: replies, messages to approve, new people, people worth a message and tasks. Start my day walks you through them one by one. See Home.

Inbox

Replies from all your senders in one place, with a drafted answer for each. See Inbox.

Integration

A connection to another tool, such as HeyReach, Clay or a calendar. See Integrations.

Lead credit

What writing to someone who is not in People yet uses, for example a person you only watch. Writing to them adds them to People, and that counts as 1 of your plan’s people found. See Plans.

Leave out

The part of your brief that says who Radar should skip, such as agencies or students. A campaign also has its own leave-out rules. See Radar.

List

A named group of people. Campaigns take people from lists, and Radar adds new people to one. See Find and filter.

Manual sends

Messages and steps you do by hand on LinkedIn, then mark as sent so the campaign goes on. See Manual sends.

MCP

The way an AI assistant, such as ChatGPT, connects to your workspace to find people, draft messages and read results. See MCP.

Not a fit

You don’t want to write to this person. They’re hidden from your default lists and any campaign running for them stops. Nothing is deleted.

Not working

What an integration’s drawer says when the other tool keeps refusing people or not answering. See Integrations.

Owner

The workspace owner handles billing and can delete the workspace. Each sender and each person also has an owner: the teammate responsible for them, who gets their reply alerts. See Workspace and team.

Pace

How fast a sender works: Safe pace, Balanced or Custom. See Connect LinkedIn.

People found

The people B2B Signals finds for you. This is what plan limits count. People you add yourself don’t count. See Plans.

Protections

Daily limits, working hours and automatic pauses that lower the risk to your account. They don’t rule it out. See Safety pauses.

Radar

Our AI that looks for people for you every weekday, or every Monday on the Free plan. See Radar.

Ready

The People tab for people marked Good fit who aren’t in a campaign yet.

Reason

Why this person is worth writing to now: what happened, when, and where we saw it.

Resting

A sender that LinkedIn asked to slow down. Invites wait for 24 hours, and other steps carry on. See Safety pauses.

A short label you put on people to group them. See Find and filter.

A to-do about a person, with a due date and an owner. Tasks due today show on Home. See Find and filter.

Template

A ready campaign for one kind of reason, with steps already written.

To review

The People tab for people whose source asks for review before they can join a campaign. See Review people.

Upcoming sends

What’s lined up to go out, and when. See Upcoming sends.

Warming up

A new sender’s first days. It sends a little more each day and reaches its full pace in about two weeks.

Watchlist

People and companies you choose to follow. See Watchlists.

Webhook

A message we send to your own tool when something happens, such as a reply. See Webhooks.

Workspace

Your company’s shared space in B2B Signals, with its own people, campaigns, senders and plan. See Workspace and team.

Worth a message

People on Home with no answer for a few days, or with something new about them, so it’s a good time to write. See Home.

Writing rules

How every message should sound: tone, length, words to avoid. You set them once for the workspace, and a campaign can use its own.
